Jaringanpublik.com, Kabupaten Bekasi – Polres Metro Bekasi berhasil mengungkap kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi di Desa Cilangkara, Kecamatan Serang Baru. Kejadian pembunuhan ini pada Senin 17 Juli pukul 23:30.
“Hari ini kami Polres Metro Bekasi khususnya Satreskrim Polres Metro Bekasi melaksanakan press rilis terkait pengungkapan kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Serang Baru Desa Cilengkara, ini kejadiannya pada hari Senin pada tanggal 17 Juli, pukul 23:30, sekitar waktu itu kemudian tersangka atas nama (A.S) sudah kita tangkap kita amankan, kemudian untuk korban atas nama (S.P) warga Cakung, kemudian barang bukti – barang bukti yang sudah kita amankan yaitu, pada sendal sepasang milik pelaku kemudian topi milik pelaku ada sweater atau jaket merah juga milik pelaku, sudah kita aman kan sudah kita cocokkan dengan yang tertinggal di kendaraan,” kata Kapolres Metro Bekasi, Kombes Pol, Twedi Aditya Benny Ahdi kepada wartawan, pada Kamis (20/07/23).
Twedi mengungkapkan, dalam motif kasus pembunuhan ini, pihaknya sudah mendalami. Dalam pengakuan tersangka, pelaku merasa tersinggung atas nasehat yang diberikan oleh korban dan pelaku merasa direndahkan oleh korban.
“Untuk motif setelah kami dalami, motif dari pelaku ini adalah merasa tersinggung, kemudian setelah berbincang – bincang dengan korban jadi merasa tersinggung merasa akan direndahkan dan lain sebagainya. Padahal korban ini menurut dari palaku ini juga sedang memberikan nasehat kepada pelaku,” ungkapnya.
Lanjut Twedi, pasal yang akan disangkakan kepada pelaku yaitu, pasal 340 KUH pidana junto 338 KUH, pidana ancaman maksimal paling lama 20 tahun kurungan penjara.
“Kemarin pada saat setelah kejadian Polsek Serang Baru mendapatkan informasi, kemudian berkerjasama dengan Satreskrim turun, kemudian kami juga meminta back up bekerjasama dengan Jantanras Polda Metro. Kami menyebar tim kebeberapa tempat untuk mengejar pelaku, alhamdulillah pelaku bisa kami amankan pada tanggal 19 Juli pukul 01:00 malam,” paparnya.
Masih kata Twedi, tadi Rabu dini hari pelaku diamankan di tempat tinggalnya di Desa Cilangkara, Kecamatan Serang Baru.
Pelaku dan korban baru ngobrol di TKP itu di kendaraan, jadi mereka kenalnya di kendaraan.
“Pelaku berprofesi sebagai tukang tape
ini kejadianya antara driver dengan penumpang, dinasehati oleh pengemudi atau tersangka terkait dengan bagaimana hidup, bagaimana cari kerja apa segala kemudian tersinggung dan merasa direndahkan,” benernya.
